I have had a DarkStar mouse for 2 weeks, and I am generally satisfied with it, both in terms of ergonomics and performance. However, I have a problem : the mouse disconnects regularly, several times a day (the number of times can vary, most often 2 or 3 times, sometimes more). By disconnecting, I mean that the mouse no longer responds, the lights are off except for the 3 small lines on the front left of the mouse which are flashing white. The only solution is to turn off the mouse using the button below and turn it back on, which is quite annoying. The mouse is connected via slipstream, I've placed the dongle on 3 different USB ports (native motherboard, keyboard and sceen) without any improvement, the dongle is approximately 50/70cm from the mouse depending on the port, on USB 3.0 ports. This happens whether the PC is idle or I'm working, so with everything active, and whether the battery is full or not.
Is this a known issue ? Is there a solution ? The mouse costs a certain price, without even a charging base, one would expect that such an inconvenience would not happen... Thank you for any advice or, even better, any solution.
