Hi all first post here
I received a Dark Core SE RGB today plugged in the wireless dongle and it connected ok then plugged in usb cable to charge it now after a few hours charging there are no rgb lights on and it wont connect wirelessly.
ICUE software is the latest ver 3.21.88 and shows that its charging although I have had nothing on the mouse to indicate that it is charging. have tried switching it on and off to no avail
Have I bought a Dud and should I return it to the supplier(amazon)

I should add that I updated the firmware as per the instruction leaflet which seemed to go ok
