  1. Updated the software, but now my RAM stays on during sleep. I cannot find the 'enable software control' tick box anywhere in the new version. I really need to have the RAM shut off when the computer is asleep.
  2. Yep, that worked. The lighting hub came right off, but the CoPro was darn near glued on with some kind of tape that was at least 1/16th of an inch thick and more like 1/8th. Almost like a super sticky piece of leather.
  3. Bummer. I know it's frustrating. Couple of questions: 1. You said you were building it, but it sounds like everything was working in a different case, and you merely put it all in a smaller case, correct? No new components added? 1. I'm sure you have done this, but is everything seated correctly? Power supply to ATX cable snug and fully inserted on each side (if modular), RAM seated? You know the drill. 2. Are there any beep codes? Does the mobo have a error indicator LED or a number display?
  4. Well, I bought mine over a year after you guys, and the CP was stuck on of the SSD slots, with the RGB fan hub stuck under the wiring harness shroud. The fan hub was fairly easy to remove, but the CP took 15 minutes or so to get off the case, and probably another 10 minutes to get the tape off the back of the CP. I'll second the calls to put these in a box and let the user decide where to place them. Whatever tape they used on the CP was like super sticky leather.
  5. Speaking of fan hubs (Commander Pro and the Node)....Why is Corsair sticking these things inside the case instead of letting the user decide where to mount them? What is the best way to get them off? Heat? Putty Knife? I need to move where mine were mounted and I do not want to damage them.
