  1. Thanks for the replies all. I'm going to wait until the weekend before adding the extra temp sensors. All seems good at the moment but i haven't really taxed the build too much if i'm being honest.
  2. Thanks for the reply Baio. I'll have a look when I get home.
  3. Hi c-attack, Thanks for the comprehensive reply. I have set the case fans to a less harsh ramp up based on the temp of the H100i. This seems to have had the desired effect. I do have the temp sensors that came with the C-Pro, connecting them to the C-Pro is easy enough, but where would I attach on to the H100i? Do they physically go between the CPU and H100i copper plate? Thanks again for your input. Much appreciated.
  4. *edit* Think i sussed it. All seems good at the moment.
  5. Hi, Sorry, complete n00b here when it comes to custom fans curves and stuff.. where / how? :D
  6. Hi All, Just upgraded my pc and now have an issue with the Case fans spinning quicker and with an odd pulse.. Hardware:- Corsair 465X Case Ryzen 3600X CPU Radeon RX5700XT GPU Asus B450M-K Mobo 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RAM 1TB NvME Corsair Commander Pro / RGB Hub H100i Platinum AIO Basically I have swapped out a A320M-K Mobo and Ryzen 2600 CPU for the 450 / 3600X combo. Prior to my upgrade, the case fans connected to the Commander Pro would run at around 800rpm when not under any load, set as "quiet". Now for some reason, they idle at around 1000rpm then pulse at around 1400rpm The fans are set to "quiet" in iCue software but seem to be running at the speed you would expect to see when the "balanced" option is selected. Anyone have any idea what may be causing this? Thanks in advance for any advice.
  7. Hi, I had a similar issue just before Christmas. Bought my son a Spec-Delta case only to find that his B450M motherboard didn't have the necessary RGB header. I ended up purchasing these fans - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07KFWB81M/ They come with their own Hub which connects to a spare SATA power cable. Only downside is that there isn't an option to control the fan speed but to be honest they are really quiet. I put all 5 in his case (3 at the front, 1 at the rear and 1 in the top). I sold the Corsair fans on eBay so effectively didn't pay for the new fans from Amazon. Not sure if you can connect the Corsair case fans to Corsair RGB Hub and Commander Pro? The Corsair Hub is around £12 on Overclockers website and the Commander Pro is normally around £60.
  8. Thanks for that.. Just looking now to see if Amazon UK has the same thing as i'd like to get it sorted prior to Christmas. Thanks again, much appreciated. Ste
  9. Hi all, New member to these forums.. I'm in the process of upgrading my sons PC. He currently has an AMD Ryzen 1600X, Gigabyte A350M Gaming Mobo, 24GB 2400MHz Ram and a 6GB GTX 1060 video card. These are all housed in a relatively ancient ZooStorm case. We have bought a 3600X, 16GB DDR4 3000MHz, Asus Prime B450M-K and a Corsair Carbide SPEC-DELTA RGB case. I've dropped the motherboard / CPU / Ram into the case with no problems, BUT, the RGB case has a funky looking RGB connector which has no corresponding header on the motherboard. Could someone recommend a suitable hub so that the lights can be connected? I've got a commander pro in my own build but looking at it, none of the connectors are the same as the ones on the Carbide case? Many thanks in advance for any pointers / information. Cheers, Ste
