I've noticed that the rainbow wave pattern my fans make while my computer boots up is much smoother than the pattern it makes when my system is totally started up. Although I have both my hardware lighting and lighting channel 1 set to rainbow wave, I cannot seem to emulate the smooth rainbow pattern I desire while my system is running.
