  1. Alright, thanks. But "Investigation" kinda sounds like it's unsure where it is at. I put the sticker on it when I sent it so I hope it wasn't taken off..
  2. Hi, I am having terrible customer experience, one of your employees told me I could send all the stuff in the package over. They have been at your warehouse for over a month now. I got ONLY ONE FAN back, nothing else. The ticket number is: #2000443120 The ticket has been going on since April and I am getting false promises over the phone that I would get response by the end of monday (24th of june). But it's already the end of the week. Three weeks before that I was told that the warehouse thought the entire package in it's original box was just a single fan and that's why they sent only one fan back. My patience is running out after calling Corsair multiple times, I really want this resolved.
