I tried this too no success. I have searched the forums and the corsair website to try and resolve this to no avail. The mouse is pretty obviously dead. Annoying thing is I only got this delivered on Saturday so I am not a happy bunny right now.

Hi I have already posted a support ticket but hope maybe I could get some advice on here. I only just purchased this mouse and for the first few days was working fine. Was using it yesterday morning when I had to leave my desk for a few hours, pc was left on. Came back and the mouse was dead so decided to pop it on charge using the supplied cable. The mouse just will not charge no lights nothing. It shows in ICUE with the wireless adapter as status battery not connected. I have checked to make sure its not the wire and it isn't as it charges my headphones and no matter what I try to do the mouse is completely dead. Any ideas how to fix this or do i need to RMA the mouse. Thanks Jason
