  1. Was not software related with me. Best thing you can do is place each fan into slot one of your RGB hub, if it works you plug the next and so on. If the fan lights up and the next one doesn't, the fan in slot 1 could still be at fault because the pass through is jacked up. It will take lots of trial and error. to be honest it's a **** system. Also the RMA process sucks. They will require you to send your fans in first or pay $$ for an up front for an advanced RMA. Which is fine, but it took almost 3 weeks and countless emails to get them to refund me my money. Good luck.
  2. Just wanted to post an update. Five new fans came in and all is well. One of the fans pass through was not working but i just put it at the end of the sequence. I'm not dealing with the RMA process again. Picture attached.
  3. Just tried that but unfortunately that did not help. Corsair approved an RMA will update this post when it's completed.
  4. RGB Strips were still connected in port 2 of the CommanderPRO. RGB Fan LED Hub (CO-8950020) was connected in port 1 of the Commander PRO. Each fan was plugged into port 1 of the LED Hub while the computer was shut down. No other fans were plugged into any of the LED Hub ports.
  5. according to a new test. i have 5 bad fans. I didn't notice before because when LEDs are not working in the color white it's hard to tell. Test was done with a STATIC Red setting. Shut down the computer and swapped out each fan in Port 1. See attached pictures. This is crazy how is this possible? I've only had them for 1 year.
  6. Update***** I managed to flash older firmware via Corsair Link ver 4.9. Commander Pro firmware was 0.8.210 still the same issues so I ended re flashing the current firmware.
  7. Does corsair provide a repository of old firmware versions?
  8. The more and more i play with it the more and more I think it's the commander pro. I tried an hard reset and iCUE forced me to update the firmware again on the CommanderPRO for it to even be recognized and now the Fans that i thought were good are not. very inconsistent. could this firmware version be botched?
  9. That seems to be it... It's very unfortunate that I had 3 BAD LL120 Fans and 2 BAD RGB strips. Thank you Baio Plugged all Fans into port 1 on the Node and 3 out of the 6 lit up correctly. Plugged all RGB strips into the PRO directly and 2 out of the 4 lit up correctly. It's a shame that these lasted 1 year considering the LL120's ran me $120 for 3 fans. I wonder how corsair handles RMAs. Thank you Baio
  10. iCUE version 3.26.95. Only 1 out of 6 fans are working. LED Strips are also not working and are sporadic on which ones work. I'm currently running firmware V 0.9.212 on my Commander Pro. My H100i Platinum is working just fine however the RGB control for the fans are plugged into the Commander Pro and those are not working. I've tried forcing the firmware upgrade of the commanderpro, uninstalling/reinstalling iCUE. someone please assist. Video displaying the issues: [ame] [/ame] Also attached pictures below.

  12. I'm having the same issue. Running firmware 0.9.212 and currently only 1 fan works with rgb strips not working either.
