I just built my system on Thursday the 12th, here are the specs:
Cooler Master MasterCase H500
ASUS PRIME X570-P, AMD X570
AMD Ryzen™ 5 3600X, AM4, Zen 2, 6 Core, 12 Thread
Corsair Hydro Series H100i RGB PLATINUM, 240mm
16GB Corsair DDR4 Vengeance RGB PRO, PC4-25600 (3200)
AMD Radeon RX590 Nitro+ 8GB
500GB Samsung Evo 860 SSD
4tb Segate Hard Drive
Corsair RMx 750 watt PSU
Everything has been working fine until i booted up my PC today and noticed immediately that the left fan was kind of flickering. I have had the effect set to Spiral Rainbow since i built the PC.
I switched the effect to Static White to and this is what it looks like:

When its on Rainbow Sprial it changes color but flickers.
