  1. Cheers for that; did all of your steps and still no joy... time to ticket... EDIT: no section for the LS100 / ambient lighting. The chatbot doesn't recognise the device. How the hell do I open a ticket?!
  2. Thanks for your contribution! Is it worth putting a support ticket it? Or will corsair reply on this forum? Not posted on here before so don't really know the score...
  3. Any advice welcome! I'm on my second LS100, now - first one died after two months and was replaced by Amazon with no issues back at the beginning of 2020. My second one had worked flawlessly... until last month. I noticed that the video lighting had stopped working. Approx 15% of the first strip was lit, but all else blank. I tried the following things: 1. Changed the setup to channel 2 physically and in iCue 1a. Tried different effects on both channels 2. Changed the order of the strips 3. Forced firmware on the controller 4. (obviously) turned them off and on again(!) 5. Uninstalled and reinstalled iCue 6. Tried a different PSU with the same output characteristics as the OEM one 7. Tried a different USB input 8. Tried a different USB lead 9. Checked that the strips seem to work fine when added to my internal setup Nothing worked and I'm outta ideas! Could it be that the controller has failed? I'm out of warranty now, so have no return recourse. SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE!
