Yeah I kinda figure. I emailed support on Thursday but have not heard back yet.

It charges and the keyboard works. It just doesn't show in iCue

I am using the included wireless dongle. It will not detect as well for wire and Bluetooth.

iCue is not detecting my recently bought K63 wireless on multiple computers (2 windows 10 and 1 macOS 10.14.6). I have try fresh installs on windows and iCue. iCuehas no problems with k95 rgb platinum, dark core se, void pro wireless, and M65 Pro RGB Any ideas?
