I first bought the Corsair T1 V1 Racing chair and after 9 months the ball bearings are falling out.
I got my money back from the local reseller media-market to buy a new chair.
And since I am a big fan, I bought the T1-V2. But after a year and a half, the balls fell out of the ball-bearing again. Now I have sent the chair to Corsair for repair. The Mediamarkt dealer told me that you couldn't get any new warranty on the chair reels. That this seems to be a known problem, I wanted to ask what if the balls fall out again after the repair? Is there a new version with better wheels? Is it possible to upgrade my chair somehow?
Is there any help for better wheels?
