As you can see there was no expense spared here, I want to use this setup for extreme overclocking and hardcaore gaming. Mostly for games like Far-Cry and the up and comming Doom3. I checked your ram guide but it recommended pc-4400, I was looking at getting your TwinX-4000pro series 1024 kit, what would you suggest for my setup? Also I learned that doom3 will need 2GB of memory to run it's best, How is this going to work on duel channel boards?

Welcome to the forums, Holley! If you're going to be going for extreme OC's, then definately get some PC4000 or PC4400 DDR memory, such kits as: TwinX1024-4000PRO TwinX1024-4400 (No PRO model yet) Unfortunately, there's not yet a 2048 kit for anything above PC3200 (TwinX2048-3200). If you're still sure you want 2Gb of memory, you can buy two matched sets and run four modules, but it might limit the amount of overclocking you can do before you start to become unstable. As for those requirements, I believe they are: Minimum: CPU: 800 MHZ - 1 GHZ GeForce 3 TI/ATi 9600 Pro RAM: 256 MB RAM Standard: CPU: 1.7GHZ-2GHZ GeForce 4 TI 4400/4600/ATi 9700/Pro RAM: 512 MB RAM Optimal: CPU: 2.5 GHZ - 2.8 GHZ GeForce 5800FX/5900FX/ATi 9800 Pro RAM: 768-1024 MB RAM .
