007vsMagua
I should be getting my M90 this afternoon. I've downloaded and saved the latest firmware and software. I've been reading here recently about others having their M90's stop working and it almost sounds like firmware corruption. I'm just trying to wrap my head around what's the best practice for dealing with the software. My Thoughts: .....turn off Windows Update? (so that Widows does not try to install drivers) .....remove Logitech SetPoint software .....power down .....plug M90 directly to computer USB 2.0 .....power up .....install Firmware .....install Software .....use Does this sound about right? Dark Knight
Make sure USB Selective Suspend is also turned off. I would also advise to make sure any other USB Power saving features are also off. The Proper firmware update procedure is the following: 1. Download Firmware 2. Install Firmware Setup 3. Run Firmwware Update 4. Install Software.
