Yaz87 Posted July 18, 2017 Share Posted July 18, 2017 Ok so the last week I have been having A LOT of problems with my headset. When I start up my PC the headset works fine until CUE turns on. Once CUE is on the lights flash red on the sides and the mute button fails to do ... well anything. I have tried updating and even forcing a reinstall of the update I currently have. The problem however, is instantly fixed when I turn CUE off. But, once it's off my mouse buttons don't work. Turning it back on makes the mouse buttons work, but the headset once again become unresponsive. I tried restarting etc. This is a software issue. ---- I am an avid supporter of corsair. I own the mouse, keyboard, and headset, + I have corsair ram in my machine. I however cannot recommend this headset to anyone, and until recently I wouldn't have recommended the mouse either.
