Lekoo Posted July 15, 2017 Share Posted July 15, 2017 I would suggest to try couple of things and if none of these things will fix your problem then RMA. 1. Check your usb connection (is cable in good condition and all the pins), 2. Try updating link software or you can try using some old versions of link software, 3. Try changing usb port where you connect it on motherboard, 4. Lastly what I would try is to try and install it on another pc and see if the same problem will occur if yes then its faulty if the problem its only on your pc then try reformating your system and install a fresh copy of windows.
