Vengeance 1500 Headset padding falling apart

Hello all,

I have a Vengeance 1500 where the ear pads are OK, but look bad and I'd like to replace them. However the work part of these headphones is the headband, it's flaking and leaving black flecks all over the place when used. I have been unable to find any indication on something that may fit the headband to be used for a replacement.

I know they make snap wraps for headphones, but they look like socks being wrapped around them. Wondering if anyone may know if another headphone replacement padding would fit on the 1500s.
