Corsair Link Memory Temperature Monitoring

Hey Corsair Forums,

I had a few questions regarding Corsair Link temperature readings for RAM. I am currently running the latest version of software. I am currently using two separate RAM kits of the same kind the CMD16GX4M4B3000C15. I will add a few pictures to show what corsair link is doing. It seems to only be showing 4 sticks of RAM even though there are 8. My operating system and bios recognize them in all. So I am trying to figure out why corsair link is only showing 4 temperatures. The other concern is that the temperatures seem to be a little high for the amount of cooling in the case. Any recommendations or help would be much appreciated.

Hello I'm just going to bump radial light's post.

I have 4 sticks off corsair dominator platinum ddr4 8gb installed.

Corsairs link mostly reports all 4.

However right now its reporting 3.

Just before I rebooted it was reporting 2.

My ram is fine, and restarting the link sometimes fixes it.

Which version on CL4 and are you running any other monitoring software? If so what?

If you exit CL4 and run my SIV utility how many does it report? Does it always report all 4? Does Menu->Hardware->DIMM Status report any errors? Ideally post the screen shot.
