Weird noises from HX650, RMA?

Hi,

Recently I re-builded my rig to be silent (changed all the fans to Noctuas with ULNA, a case with sound dampening material, removed mechanical HDDs).

After this, I noticed that the computer was still doing a weird noise, and it turned out to be the PSU. The PSU is a Corsair HX650 which is still under warranty (have 6 years now of 7).

I'm not sure if I can RMA it for stuff like this.
