Nillennir Posted November 25, 2016 Share Posted November 25, 2016 have a similar problem, buy my void yellow jacket and charge them and meanwhile i installed cue and actualized the firmware. The problem is the sound is like reproducing a vinil disc at ultralow speed. When i see the main post on this tree uninstalled cue and problem fixed, but dont have any configuration available on the headset. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
YellowVoid Posted November 26, 2016 Share Posted November 26, 2016 Hi there, Install the CUE(reboot), then go to windows Device Manager and replace Corsair Audio driver with the basic Microsoft one(reboot). This way you can have control over the headset but I don't think Dolby 7.1 will be available. I'm using the headset like that and I haven't tested the microphone.
