In the AMI BIOS of P4P800 Deluxe Motherboard I can configure DRAM Timings by the Serial Presence Detect SPD. Then in Memtest86 is displayed 2,5-3-2-6. Why has the SPD not the timings tested by Corsair 2-3-2-6? 2. Memtest86 brings many thousands of errors with latency settings 2-3-2-6. but is running stable with 2,5-3-2-6. Can the memory not run with 2-3-2-6 or can the P4P800 Deluxe not work with this fast Corsair memory? 3. The AMI BIOS has not the possibility to choose Command Rate 1T or 2T. Memtest86 displays the Command Rate also not. Is there a possibility to see, with wich Command Rate the memory is running? 4. In the AMI BIOS are also the following memory settings - Burst Length 4/8 T - DRAM Idle Timer 0T/8T/16T/64T/Infinite/Auto - DRAM Refresh Rate 7,8us/15,6us/64us/64T/Auto. As for running CAS 2, it should be possible, I'd try increasing the VDimm (DDR Voltage) to 2.75 or 2.8 volts and see if that helps. If not, try running Memtest86+ on each module individually.
