nxcess
Installed a Corsair Force GT 120gb, but cannot get it working properly with my laptop. I get instant bsod on restart whenever I install the video driver. I have a lenovo thinkpad e520 with an intel HM65 chipset. Things I've tried: Install W7 x64 without intel sata drivers. Tried stock driver, lenovo driver, and windows update driver. Bsod on restart. Install W7 x64 with intel sata drivers. Tried stock driver, lenovo driver, and windows update driver. Bsod on restart. Install W7 x64 with intel sata drivers. Upgrade laptop's firmware to second latest. Tried all 3 drivers. Bsod on restart. Safemode remove driver. Upgrade to latest firmware. Tried all 3 drivers. Bsod on restart. Firmware for ssd is the latest and greatest 1.3.3. Original HDD has no issues whatsoever. Have not done memtest but I don't see how memory would be an issue. Any thoughts on why the video driver would cause a bsod? Downgraded the ssd to 1.3.2 and still the same thing.
