jammyb
Just checking if one of these will fit along the top of the case? My 3770 is hitting 65-70 degrees full load. Would like to get it down to the 50's :) Or am I expecting too much? Noise isn't really an issue.
Wlada011
Both of them fit on the top. You can use advance of 280mm radiators. These two H110i GT and H110i GTX are very interesting. H110i GTX is newest and most expensive and CORSAIR say it's their best AIO CPU Cooler. But for me is more interesting H110i GT. Radiator look nicer and connection tube/pump is nicer somehow... I'm really interesting what is difference between them and why is H110i GTX more expensive and better. I recommend one of them and 4 fans on 1500 RPM. Obsidian 650D have big mesh on top... Even less dust will enter in case if you install 280mm instead 240mm radiator. If you want to drop temps on 50C you will need to build custom loop. Special with overclocked CPU. But Intel work overclocked on 55-60-65C easy. Off course in games temps will not pass above 60C, but in some stress test overlocked with higher voltage will go up to 70-75C. They have build in CORSAIR Link and you connect with motherboard and control fan RMA, LED Light, pump speed, profiles. http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hydro-series-h110i-gt-280mm-extreme-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler [ame] [/ame]
jammyb
Thanks for the info. What do you mean 4 fans at 1500rpm? Do you mean 2 on each side of the radiator? Push/pull effect?
jammyb
Ok. Just ordered the H110i GT for £80 delivered from Flubit. Hopefully I won't have to have the fan controller on the 650D on max setting anymore! [it was on lowest with a 3220]
