Firstly I bought them second hand so certain things I cannot be sure of until I test further but... 1) The 3 button remote is not included with them, can I control them straight from the motherboard/iCUE. 2) I am having an issue installing iCUE. Windows Installer keeps popping up with a message "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify this is a valid Windows Installer package." I have been through several trouble shooting guides, but can't find anything specific to iCUE and nothing yet that alters the outcome of trying to install it.
