budzique
I've tried, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Tech Preview. I've installed it on both headers (My mobo manual says both are high power) I've also tried plugging into a normal USB with another cable. I've looked for the registry but found no signs of VID_1B1C blah blah in the registry except for the device entry from the software. I've tried disabling Legacy USB in the BIOS I've tried installing several versions of the software. When I boot, the LED turns on a light pink for 2 seconds then turns off and stays off. My specs: Core i5 4670k BIOSTAR HI-FI Z87X 3D mobo Corsair H100i
red-ray
What does my SIV (http://rh-software.com/) utility [uSB Bus] page report? You should see a Corsair Integrated USB Bridge just like the USB Bus page on my website.
egnomic
Check my thread here: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=735767#post735767 I think we're in the same boat. I've tried both Windows 8 64 bit and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, works with neither (although it initially worked for 2 weeks before it randomly broke). Legacy USB disabled but still. Plugged in at the back etc. No registry entries. My LED flashes red for a second then yellow for a fraction of a second then dies. Although over the past 5 weeks, it has been working 60-80% of the time but that's absolutely random. Sometimes it's white, sometimes it's red (original color I previously set), and sometimes it's dead. *sigh*

SIV sees it, but reports "I/O Error 31 A device attached to the system is not functioning." http://i.imgur.com/mRxHqkt.png Registry values have 0'd Legacy USB and motherboard-based fan control has been disabled Tried all the USB headers on the motherboard as well
MAD5
I have the same error 31. With my previous Rampage IV Extreme all works. With this new Rampage IV Black, can't detect the H100i or the psu AX1200i.
red-ray
What does the SIV [Link Devices] page report? If any Device Parameters boxes are checked uncheck them and then press the box to the left of USB\VID_1B1C&PID_0C04 to restart the USB device then look at [uSB Bus] again. This got things working on my W10 system and several W8.1 systems.
