Default why icue can not detect corsair ram

My gear:motherboard gigabyte z390 arous master
corsair rgb pro ram 8gb x4
bios gigabyte f8
i9-9900k

What version of iCUE? Also, having an older version of the software running simultaneously could be causing the issue. Uninstall CORSAIR LINK, update iCUE, then restart your system. Let me know if the issue persists. :)
