WarriorMJ Posted October 16, 2017 Share Posted October 16, 2017 Regarding ticket 622470, I sent my component to the address as required using tracked mail, and this was confirmed delivered over 3 weeks ago. Since then I haven't heard anything on the status of my ticket. I've spoken to the live chat support agents multiple times, and they've told me its been 'escalated', and I'll receive an update within a day, but this never happened.
