I have a HX850 - 80 PLUS® Silver and a couple of months ago started to give me problems with shutdown and restarts a few minutes of running a game. Before you find out that the problems were caused by the PSU, I tried all sorts of things; format. Different hard drives, memtest86, different graphic cards etc... As it could not be long without PSU, I opted to buy a RM1000x to have ended the problems. I appreciate that an rma could be processed since I tried it through the usual channels and it has not been possible. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
