Tardisk
Hello everyone, yet another help request thread. System specs first. I'm using an H100i, with a cooling node connected to it. All my fans run off the cooling node. The H100i and cooling node are both definitely getting power. Windows 10 x64. A few days ago, Corsair Link stopped showing any devices, completely out of the blue. I believe the LED originally stayed on, but after reinstalling LINK the LED stays off. Originally, before I did any other diagnosing, disconnecting the cooling node from the H100i would make Windows play the "device disconnected" noise. I tried updating LINK, removing LINK, reinstalling LINK, changing motherboard headers, and connecting the H100i to a standard USB port. So far nothing has made a difference. Now, disconnecting the cooling node does not play a "device disconnected" sound. SIV says there are no devices connected: https://i.gyazo.com/33c9189fd365d65e739f480d3107ba93.png And here's the SIV USB Bus page: https://i.gyazo.com/f6a6e58baa2b7ec70b7dac8f1c77f4b9.png I also can't find anything in device manager that seems like the H100i. This is seeming like a hardware problem. Is there anything else I can try, or any other info I could provide to help diagnose the issue? Thanks for reading! red-ray
As [uSB Bus] failed to list a Corsair Integrated USB Bridge you have some sort of hardware issue. Double check the SATA power connection and try a different USB cable. I would be more inclined to help if you used http://forum.corsair.com/forums/profile.php?do=extra and see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=853900 for how to attach a file/screen image to a post.
