CοrsairCustomer
Is there some trick to getting support from Corsair? Telephone calls and tickets seem to be the wrong way to request answers, so what is the right mechanism?
RC_ONE
It's supposed to be emailing Roland at Corsair (which at some point I did), using productfeedback@corsair.com - the initial followup was good, but then it tapered off. He's asked me to fill out a Ticket, which I did, then let me know they'd be in touch shortly, which they were at the time. Roland wasn't the one who followed up once he'd responded (in other words, he passed it on to someone else). I may have to email him again. It might be an option for you. Please update whether you get any response from them after these steps.
