feline1
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but after trying on and off for a couple of years now, I have never ever managed to get the Corsair SSD Toolbox application to work at updating my SSD drive's firmware. However, my SSD drive is my Windows system drive (C: drive) - given that the SSD Toolbox is a windows desktop application, is it actually even intended to be possible that it can update the Windows C: drive's firmware? I would've thought such a fundamental operation would need to be done with the drive unmounted from Windows. Or is it intended to be possible? crashnburnxp
You should be able to install it regardless of it being the C: drive or not. Something else is wrong if not. I have done it with Mushkin SSDs and Samsung SSDs in the past
