Unable to boot with XMP CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 on Asus z170 pro gaming MB

Same problem here with CMK32GX4M2A2666C16 and Z170-Deluxe (latest BIOS 1702). XMP or a manual change of the DRAM frequency to 2666 MHz and the system doesn't boot :(:
