I request RMA for my corsair one about month ago due to strange sound on my left of the unit
Corsair has offered me advance replacement which is use my credit card for payment and refund back once they receive the faulty.
I received the replacement and also faulty corsair one has been arrived at Taiwan RMA department about 10 days ago . But they still have not refund the money yet.
Also since I am at Australia why they charge me as US dollar even I bought the corsair one in my local store? My bank in australia charge me foreign fee of around 170 AUD.
I have keep asking about this matter but representive keep saying they are working on it but no info at all.
Does anybody had same issue? When did you get the money back?
