update 2: I'm now able to perform firmware updates as normal. I just can't get the keyboard to work via any wireless connection type. All help appreciated. Thank you.

I assume I just need to click initiate and follow the instructions? If so, then that didn't work. Also it doesn't work via Bluetooth either...

update: the keyboard now seems to work wired but in wireless mode....

I went to use my K63 and at first it seemed to constantly take screenshots. So I thought I would try to restore it's firmware. The firmware update failed and now it's not working via any connection method (BT, Wireless or USB). I can plug in the dongle iCue will see it as a K63 so I try the update again it gets to either 50% or 75% and then fails again. I also notice the scroll lock light is always on if that helps. Also, when holding down esc for 5 secs with the keyboard off and then turning it on plugged into usb, a bunch of keys seems to be pressed and then it stops responding. I hope it isn't dead. Can someone help please? Thank you
