No response from RMA/customer service team.

Hi,

 

I recently requested my wireless corsair vengeance headphones to be replaced under warranty. Corsair obliged, however they only sent me the USB receiver without the headphones. When I told them about the mix up, I was told that I was supposed to have been given headphones as well as the USB receiver and that my RMA ticket would be transferred to the customer service people. Since that last message, I haven't received a response in nearly two weeks.

 

What can I do from here? I feel like I've wasted a lot of time and effort on this and I'm considering just going to the ombudsman.

Call them tomorrow along with your Rma # and they will take care of you...

 

Thank you for the suggestion. Trouble is that I live in Australia and I would rather avoid a costly call, I may have to do this if there's no other option. Is there any other way I can get their attention?
