BUMP? is really annoying help

hey guys and girls! i'm having a problem which is getting more frequent everytime. i'm just using the void charging or wireless, doesn't make a difference.. and then out of nowhere i get no sound on discord. i need to re-select the void as my audio device on discord (also on windows if i want to fix it on R6 because affects the game voice chat and discord) and it's getting really annoying lately. anyone knows a solution? i tried re-installing iCUE but honestly doesn't change a thing

crap. guess i'll stick with it until i'm done with this mouse or i'll replace it.

i got tired of this issue already. anyone knows a solution? on any shooting game sometimes i shoot and this mouse keeps shoting alone until i click again. is EXTREMELY ANNOYING and "soft reseting" the mouse unplugging it doesn't work.

while im playing sometimes i just shoot and the mouse keeps the weapon shooting until i click again. doesn't happens all the time and reseting iCUE maybe fixes it temporarly. but i can't predict when it happens and it's getting pretty annoying happening in some really stressful situations. how do i permanently fix this ?

yes. im planning to use live chat tomorrow to talk with them. i got my RMA aproved but as i said sending it is way too expensive by a private courier.. anyway i'll explaing all this tomorrow. Thank you.

yes. i did buy it myself and even still have the mail from "mercadolibre" (something similar to Ebay but worst)with the order details but i lost the ticket from the store. they should have a copy but pretty sure they will try to not give me one in order to get the official warranty

Hello, i just need to ask does official resellers include the same 2-year warranty that corsair does? i asked for the ticket in the store and they said they will look for it (pretty sure they never did) and i asked for a RMA and got approved. the thing is sending the headphones is so expensive that is almost the same that buying new ones from where i live. (Argentina) if the same warranty goes for the physical store here i will do what i need to get the ticket even with the help of my country laws. ticket number #886886
