Hi Guys Sorry if this has been asked before but as title suggest, I'm looking to upgrade from Corsair Link and Corsair Utility Engine to the new iCUE software which to my understanding does everything in one in hope that it will fix some issues I'm having with my headset. My question is, I have some specific fan profiles set for my H110i cooler and wanted to know if the profiles from that are migrated over to iCUE? If not, is there a way to back them up and copy them across? And lastly, once iCUE is installed and working I assume it's safe to uninstall the old software right? Or does ICUE kinda do that for you during the process of setup. Thanks

Just want to add to this that the issue is also happening when I have the headset plugged into the USB cable and using it in wired mode. No idea what's up with it but it was so bad last night that I had to revert to using discord on my phone with my friends :(

Same issue here. Yesterday the headset was unusable for me and very frustrating. It would cut out mid sentence whilst I was talking to people and it would also cut in and out when they were talking. I unplugged the receiver and plugged it in 2 different USB ports, checked for updates and ensured everything is up to date and I still have issues. It was that bad that I had to revert to discord on my phone just so I could play online games with my friends. I'm seriously considering getting rid of this headset and going to something more reliable as I'm not getting anywhere with it lately.

Hi Guys I have a Corsair Void Wireless headset that is starting to play up a lot lately (especially today). I just fully charged it but every time I use it it just constantly beeps and cuts in and out when I'm talking or listening to people in discord. No idea what to do to fix this issue so any help would be appreciated.
