  1. So I have two monitors on my PC, they are different sizes. I wanted to make a macro that includes mouse movement, but the cursor position cannot be set on my second monitor, whatever pixels value I put, it only applies to my main monitor. I need the macro to be used on my 2nd monitor, is there a way to select which display to run the macro on, or is it possible to merge the pixels values for both monitors?

Hello, I just bought my new k70 Pro Mini wireless keyboard, I just got the lighting and slipstream wireless working, however, it says their is a firmware update, and when I try to update it, it says I need to plug it in. I have plugged it in but it seems to not do anything and im not sure as to why. I am plugging it in with a type c cable Thank you
  3. I bought the MM700 3XL mousepad and have a slight problem with it. The RGB lighting is very nice, but it gets darker the farther it is from the hub. The RGB is still there, but not as bright and shiny as right next to the hub or around it. It's like there is not enough electricity. Is this problem "normal" for the MM700 3XL, or can I assume that I'll have the same problem again if I buy the same model? I attached some pictures, but I hope they still help even though the camera couldn't fully capture the intended effect. Thanks!
  4. Hello! My K57 Wireless RGB keyboard stopped working wirelessly. I have iCUE installed and have attempted to update the firmware thinking that could be the issue. Unfortunately, the firmware is up-to-date and even forcing a firmware re-installation did not fix the issue. From what I can tell the dongle wont power up or be recognized by windows when plugged into any USB2.0/3.0 port in my PC. In iCUE the dongle firmware version shows a "?" and the dongle polling rate is greyed out. I even tried the method of resetting a wireless keyboard found on your support page. I did see the lighting on the board flash, however, the dongle issue remained. I am at a complete loss here, as I even un-installed every keyboard driver VIA Device Manager from within Windows 10. I restarted my computer knowing Windows would automatically fetch and re-install the device driver. As expected, windows did re-install the driver, but the dongle issue persists. I have owned this keyboard for about a year now and have never run into any issues using it on multiple computer systems. I paid $100.00USD for this keyboard on amazon brand new and there is no sense in having a wired up wireless keyboard. It is entirely redundant. Below I have attached a picture of a Screenshot of my iCUE software showing how the dongle cannot be recognized or is dead entirely. This has me baffled and I have reached out VIA the Support System. --- I have also responded to a previous thread in which the original poster and others are having the same issue I am facing. The thread however was at least a year old. So I am posting my own thread in hopes of receiving a faster response. Link to my reply in the other thread is here.
  5. I just installed a brand new H150i AIO and the pump is making a very strange and concerning noise. Has anyone experienced this before?   6. Hi. I bought my Virtuoso SE's about 2 years ago and they've exceeded my expectations, besides the poor muff quality which degraded after 2 months of wear. I reset my PC a year ago, and never remember to re-install iCue after that, until last night. I installed iCue5 and almost all my peripherals needed updating (mouse, keyboard, cooler, and headset DONGLE) - but not my headset. Once I updated them all, my headset immediately unpaired with my dongle, however I was able to pair every other of my peripherals back to their respective dongles. Now, only my headset dongle appears on iCue, not even my headset. On wireless mode, it just blinks red alongside with the dongle, and on USB mode the headset appears in my Windows sound settings but no audio comes through. I have tried multiple generic 'fixes' given by QA employees in countless other forums, including the 15 second mic reset, 2 minute mic reset, different USB ports, letting it charge on USB for 15 mins, up and downgrading iCue versions, force updating the headset dongle, deleting the headset drivers in device managers, deleting Corsair registries, trying the headset and dongle on 3 other PCs etc - even restoring my PC to last week, but to no avail. I am quite dissapointed in Corsair products as I have spent over $600 on their brand, $220 being for the headset. And for something as common as this issue, I expected better from them. Please if anybody has ideas or actual non-generic fixes that's always given out by Corsair employees, that would be helpful. Cheers 🙂

Went through a lengthy email exchange with Corsair support and eventually got elevated up to a Technical Support Team Leader who suggested I post this here to be reviewed by the iCue specialists. Long story short, I have been using a TESmart KVM (HKS0802A1U-USBK) for about two years with no issue. The KVM causes no problems when running iCue 4.33.138 and had no problems on iCue 5.7. When I updated from iCue 5.7 to 5.8, iCue would just instantly crash on launch. After a month of trying to resolve it, I updated to iCue 5.9 and still had it crash instantly when I tried to start the app. After much trial and error (fumbling through the xml log files and piecing together that there was an issue with handling USB device address spaces), I started removing USB devices one at a time and eventually determined that the crash was caused by an interaction with the KVM and iCue software. To prove this, I had iCue 5.9 up and running, removed all other devices plugged into the KVM, and plugged the KVM USB cable into my PC (once again, nothing else was plugged into the KVM). Sure enough, iCue crashed instantly just by connecting the KVM itself. I was able to repeat this three times. I had a support ticket (2006560475) and I sent in exports of my debug logs, and the results from CorsairWindowsReporter before and after producing the crash. I'm hoping someone can on here can look into the issue and try to resolve it in a future patch. Please note that the real problem here is not that iCue cannot control Corsair devices connected to the KVM. The issue is that iCue cannot run at all if a USB compliant device made by another company is even connected to my computer. This bug makes my $300 KVM useless regardless of what devices I want to connect to it.
  8. I recently got a K70 RGB keyboard and it is incredibly annoying how all of the lights on the keyboard turn to red whenever I boot up a game. I would much rather just use my keyboard normally and flip the tournament mode switch if I need to as opposed to Icue doing it for me. I could uninstall icue but I still want my fans to light up. Is there a way to simply remove the tournament feature from my keyboard on Icue?
  9. Issue Description i have an intel mac for work running Sonoma. i have a new keyboard 4 weeks old, The keyboard is the k100air. My first 2 weeks were issue free, but during week 3 the windows key no longer sends any of the modifier key options to the mac if connect via slipstream receiver. Corsair icue seems to recognize when i press the button in the app. I have great need for this function as I use a dumb USB switch to switch from my Mac used for development, over to my windows pc that I use for gaming. as a work around im using the fn key to enable bluetooth with does not create the same issue. If support or anyone on here can provide some help please do, Im very close to returning this if i do not get an update from support and going with a Logitech keyboard instead Thank you all for your help. Environment Icue software version 5.8.130 slipstream dongle fw 5.6.126 slipstream software version: 5.8.130 keyboard fw 5.13.81 keyboard software version 5.8.130 Repair attempts rolled back keyboard firmware rolled back icue software unpaired m65 mouse from dongle tested plugging in dongle direct to the mac bypassing the usb switch updated firmware to 5.13.81 verified updates are current on sonoma OS verified win-lock is not present deleted all profiles on keyboard and reset the keyboard reached out to corsair support direct on 11/10/23. no updates updates from corsair other than the automated response during creation Corsair case number 2006526220 Additional testing. performed testing via Bluetooth, issue does not occur performed testing via direct wire, and issue does not occur all things function as expected in windows OS noticed if i run a force fw update on keyboard it thinks 5.13.80 is installed and then updates to 5.13.81. even though .81 was already installed. Unrelated, but at 4 weeks space bar is super squeaky. this is sad for a 250+ dollar keyboard. I'll be attempting the toothpick with lube method to get it to stop soon.

My h150i pump is Dead I open a ticket 12 days ago and I still don't know if or when support will answer mei has a first answer 10 days ago asking me more information, I replied, and since that day no more info from corsair 10 long days waiting to any kind of info about my case that's way too long.   11. Hi! Yes, I know there's a hundred threads already but I've tried every available fix. The left ear cup is buzzing like mad, and the headset has white noise coming out left, right, and center. I've tried... Reinstalling firmware Disabling sidetone Using different USB (both front and back/directly on motherboard) Mic connected/not connected Reinstalling audio drivers in windows Manually re-pairing with dongle Reinstalling iCue What can I do, guys? This is driving me insane. I like the sound of the headset (don't need the mic), but I'll be returning it in a heartbeat if I can't get this to stop. It's 2 hours old, for crying out loud.
  12. Nach etwa 1 1/2 Jahren hat sich die Handballenauflage an meiner Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro Maus begonnen aufzulösen. Nach beanspruchen der Garantie habe ich vor ca. 3 Monaten anstandslos habe ich ein Ersatzgerät bekommen, aber leider ist bei dieser wieder das gleiche Problem aufgetreten. Bevor ich den Support erneut bemühe wollte ich mich erkundigen, ob dieses Problem bei noch jemandem aufgetreten ist. Um es noch ein bisschen genauer zu beschreiben: Die (anscheinend) Folie die auf dem großen Kunststoffteil angeklebt (?) ist, durch den auch das Corsair Logo durchleuchtet, beginnt sich in kleine Brösel aufzulösen und hinunterzufallen. Das ganze passiert an der linken unteren Seite, genau dort wo es bei der letzten Maus auch angefangen hat. Die Maus ist keinerlei rauen Bedingungen oder so etwas ausgesetzt und steht immer nur auf meinem Schreibtisch und würde auch nicht in Kontakt mit scharfen Gegenständen kommen, die die Folie irgendwie abschaben würden. Hatte jemand dieses Problem auch bereits mehrmals?
  13. Hi All, Hoping someone could be of help here, Out of the blue, my Caps lock and ASDFGHJKL;' keys are not working at all. Also when I unplug and replug the USB cable in, it spams 'adfghjkls;'adfghjkls and won't stop until I press a working button on the keyboard. I've tried a couple of things that I will list below. - I've tried this keyboard on another PC and it the buttons don't work either so I suspect its either firmware or hardware related -Force updated the firmware in iCue app - Reset the keyboard with the Esc key - Uninstalled iCue - Removed all profiles in iCue -Uninstalled the keyboard drivers and rebooted PC I briefly got the keys working again when I was removing the key caps but didn't do anything of note. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Regards

  18. Hello, I've build a new setup with the "SF750 — 750 Watt 80 PLUS® Platinum", everything is working fine. Except when i start it (cold start, not on restart). When i press the button to start the conputer it starts (with an audioable click) its working for a second and then restarts. (again with an audioable click). And then its working as expected with no other issues. 1. Is it normal that when its starts, its making this click nosie? (i've noticed its doing this click also when it turned off) 2. Why its alwayes restarting after the first start? Thanks!

  20. I have an open ticket since July, after months of various problems we managed to arrive at a solution (proposed by Corsair) and then they stopped responding to my ticket and consequently also to my emails, I haven't received any news since before Christmas.
  21. So after seeing the amd stock cooler was underperforming for the new cod at max graphics, I upgraded to the h100i pro. To fit my case I could only have 1 fan on the radiator because my ram is too tall. Therefore, one fan cable is dangling because there is no ram to connect it to. My pic worked fine with the other fan header looking cable connected to the sata cable unplugged. I plugged it in to the pump header by the cpu and suddenly all of the pcs components and peripherals would turn on, yet my monitor would have no signs from the display port. I unplugged the header after and the same problem persists, despite the cables being in the same orientation as it worked earlier. Any ideas what the cooler has done to my system? Photos are attached if there computer being on but the display has no signal.
  22. I have a new Scimitar RGB and the side buttons seem to be assigned to numbers at default, (1 is 1 2 is 2 and so on), but sometimes it just doesent work, I have a single profile on this mouse. I have some of these numbers asinged in game (R6S) and I was surprised when they randomly stopped working, any help?

Hi, As said in the support ticket I made weeks ago, here's the situation : My headset is a VIRTUOSO RGB with his dongle, I noticed some weeks ago that my dongle isn't working anymore so I asked a new dongle. Got it today, but the Icue software doesn't recognize it. It show it on Icue with a red triangle, saying "There's a problem u must reconnect it", but after 10 times reconnecting it, I im lost. alll i can see in the Icue software about the dongle (the new one ofc), is the update in the settings and it shows my dongle version is "v. ?" and so i guess its the problem with my headset not pairing to it. When i press the update button, it show a lil pop up and then make it dessapear. Second problem, when I start Icue and my dongle is with the red triangle. When I press on it, my Icue software crashs. Any help ? I didnt buy a wireless headset to listen wired.
  24. I was fully upgrading my pc and I needed new fans because I changed my power supply since I got an rtx 3070 ti. I have a 750 w power supply, but only one fan spins? I have plugged everything in for leds and they work great however only my top fan wants to spin. Even when I plug the other fans into different places on the motherboard for where fans go the others don’t work. I know for one this is not a fan issue, because right when I installed them all of them turned on and were running but after that they never did again. I’m wondering if I don’t have enough power output to them, but I have no clue how to chnage that or if it’s truly the problem.
  25. So this update popped up out of the blue, and will not let me do a single thing with my keyboard until I update it. I do as it asks and I get to 3%, and then Firmware update failed, every time. I've run iCue as Admin, same issue. Any ideas? Once it fails, I lose it from my iCue list.
