The volume wheel on my K70 stopped working today, and I want to see if its the keyboard's fault or the OS. Is there a program I can use to test if it's a hardware error? And if it is, has anyone had this happen and gotten it to work again? -
Hello everyone, I just got my Virtuoso SE and noticed that the volume wheel is pretty hard to turn. When wearing the headset it also makes alot of noise, like metal rubbing against plastic. From the outside it looks like the wheel is indeed rubbing against the inner side from the hole (see picture below). Is this normal or a production error? Thanks!

I have had frequent lockups with my K95 keyboard. I finally realized that if I were adjusting the volume control wheel and hit any other key even accidentally or moved my mouse in the slightest, the sound will either peg out or go to zero and the keyboard will stop functioning. At this point the only way I have found to fix it is to crawl under my desk and unplug the USB for the keyboard and plug it back in, or to reboot my computer. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Is there any easier way to get the keyboard working again? Thanks, Kirk -
After using the wheel for some time it just keeps decreasing or increasing my volume and locks my keyboard not allowing me to type anything unless I re-plug it. Was wondering how could it be fixed (I have all the firmware and ICUE up to date).
