Hi, I have a 5000X case, which was assembled by my retailer. They left the motherboard cable cover installed. I tried removing it, taking out all 4 screws, but it seems I can't pull it out without removing my top-mounted 360mm AIO (not a Corsair one, the CoolerMaster ML360 Illusion). There is almost no space between the AIO and the top of the cable cover, so I can't pull it back towards the inside of the case and get the top of the cable cover detached from the slot-like thing. In the videos I watched with an empty case, the cable cover comes off very easily after unscrewing, while I tried for a long time and couldn't get it to budge at all. I wanted to ask and make sure before trying it: Do I have to remove my top 360mm AIO to remove this cable cover, or is there a simpler way of pulling it out that I couldn't find? Thanks in advance.

Hi All, Apologies if there is already a thread addressing this - I searched but couldn't find anything relevant. I'm new to Corsair cases and am just getting prepped for a build. I've got the Carbide 678c ready to go, but I'm looking to install a 360mm AIO in the top and it seems to require removing the Optical tray to get that done. There doesn't however, to my eyes, seem to be a way to remove the tray and it isn't mentioned in the manual at all. All of the HDD trays are easy to move around so I assumed the ODD tray would be similar in nature. If anyone has any insight they can share - I'd greatly appreciate the help. I've seen some images online of people who've fit 360mm AIOs online - but this optical tray is really tripping me up. Thanks in advance for any help.

I just bought the Corsair RGB Wireless mouse. I have the cord plugged in to charge the mouse. After the mouse is charged, how do I remove the charging cord ? The little fold out that came with the mouse for setting it up does not explain how the cord is removed and/or later inserted to charge the mouse again when needed. I know it is a ridiculous beginner question but I do not want to break the mouse by trying to remove the cord without knowing how to do it.
