  2. So I am having this well known issue where USB ports (mostly my h100i RGB cooler) gets randomly DC/RC due to unknow iCue issue. And I read somewhere online that you could set a HW profile and then exit the application and things would stop randomly DC/RC. BUT it is not working for my CPU cooler and my RAM. Could someone, for the love of god, PLEASE HELP ME. been stuck with this issue for about a month now and its driving me crazy.
  3. Hello, I allow myself to write a message on this forum because my corsair H100i platinum RGB cooling I bought a month ago has had problems for a week. it disconnects and reconnects on its own and arrives at the end of a moment it gets stuck on a color and I can no longer configure it from ICue. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall ICue and force the firmware update nothing helps. All wiring is OK.:(: I really don't see where it could come from .... Thank you in advance for your help.
Marion
  5. Anybody having a problem with H100i RGB Platinum SE AIO Pump LED Flickering. I have the LED Light set to white however it's been flickering to a amber orangish color. I have Uninstalled ICUE and have Re Installed the software, Tried a different USB Header on my Motherboard and the issue still persists. Also this is like my third replacement of this AIO and this same kind of issue is still happening like on the others where the AIO LED is Flickering to a different color. Is this a software issue or a hardware issue? .
  6. My pump is making a loud noise for the past 4 days, it’s a very loud humming noise and when I start a game it makes a rattling noise. To be clear when I got it first it used to make absolutely no noise. Fans and pump are running on quiet via icue rattling noise https://streamable.com/mhbq5 humming noise https://streamable.com/eeudw
  7. Today I received my cooler. I installed just as it is described in the manual. However, my CPU temp still climbes up to 100 degrees Celcius while running a Cinebench R20 test. I read the liquid temp as about 30's. I dismounted the pump and reconnected it, in case if I had a faulty install. I am using Arctic MX-4 as thermal paste. I've squeezed the screws connected to the hooks as tight as I could. Everything else is just operating fine. I checked the pump if it is working. I felt a slight vibration which I think means that it is functioning. Is there a step or a trick I am missing? Thanks in advance for all comments. My Hardware Specs. 8. Hey there everyone :) I have a short question about mounting the H100i RGB Platinum to an AM4 socket: Do the screws need to have the same outward bend / bow out? The screws on mine weren't exactly bend out the same so I tried to fix it but they still look like the outward bend is slightly different. I attached some pictures but they're not the best quality. I hope you can still kinda see what I mean. I've seen a YouTube video where the bend is almost perfectly the same. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Or it doesn't even matter? Thanks in advance :)
  9. New build - clarity on fan connections please 1) corsair 680x case with 3 rgb fans plus standard rear fan. 2) Corsair H100i rgb platinum aio cooler. 3)ASUS ROG STRIX z390-e mobo. I have the 2 h100i AIO fans connected to pump harness. Pump tach connected to CPU_FAN. Rear case fan to CHA_FAN header. Asus board has small MOS fan - connected to CPU_OPT as instructed. That leaves the 3 front rgb fans from the 608X case to connect. Asus mobo also has 4 additional fan headers - AIO_PUMP (next to rear CHA_FAN connection) and at front edge of board CHA_FAN2, W_PUMP, and M.2_FAN. My issue is of the 4 fan headers available - 2 are 100% AIO_PUMP AND W_PUMP. So two of my front fans can be adjustable but the 3rd will run full speed if I am not mistaken - what are my options? Will this affect the rgb synching all fans to operate alike? Should I switch the rear fan to 100% (AIO_PUMP header) to free up the CHA_FAN 1 to use for one of the front fans (if even reachable to the back)? Side note- (All 5 rgb fans attached to included node pro for rgb connections). Thanks.

  12. Hello all, So when I was installing my H100i I noticed that there is a small not noticeable unless you really look it crack on the block where the RGB Corsair logo light ups. Will this matter or effect performance of the cooler? Like you really don’t notice it unless you shine a light on it.
