  1. first of all hello, I bought this product a few days ago, but I received it 6-7 hours ago, but I am facing a few problems. 1- When I download the icue software it tells me the necessary updates and I cannot do them, the application does not allow me. 2- I can't install the program from the nvidia broadcast section in the icue software because it tells me that there is not enough space in the storage, but I have space. 3-when i plug in the headset i hear beep beep sounds at a random time interval then the sounds go away then the windows usb disconnect and connect sound then the sounds come back then the sounds come back I could not find a solution at all! I wrote to support but I didn't get any feedback This is my ticket number: #2006805398 and below I am leaving a screen rem of the problems I have encountered and I hope you can help.
Was ich bereits versucht habe: 1.
  4. Hello! My K57 Wireless RGB keyboard stopped working wirelessly. I have iCUE installed and have attempted to update the firmware thinking that could be the issue. Unfortunately, the firmware is up-to-date and even forcing a firmware re-installation did not fix the issue. From what I can tell the dongle wont power up or be recognized by windows when plugged into any USB2.0/3.0 port in my PC. In iCUE the dongle firmware version shows a "?" and the dongle polling rate is greyed out. I even tried the method of resetting a wireless keyboard found on your support page. I did see the lighting on the board flash, however, the dongle issue remained. I am at a complete loss here, as I even un-installed every keyboard driver VIA Device Manager from within Windows 10. I restarted my computer knowing Windows would automatically fetch and re-install the device driver. As expected, windows did re-install the driver, but the dongle issue persists. I have owned this keyboard for about a year now and have never run into any issues using it on multiple computer systems. I paid $100.00USD for this keyboard on amazon brand new and there is no sense in having a wired up wireless keyboard. It is entirely redundant. Below I have attached a picture of a Screenshot of my iCUE software showing how the dongle cannot be recognized or is dead entirely. This has me baffled and I have reached out VIA the Support System. --- I have also responded to a previous thread in which the original poster and others are having the same issue I am facing. The thread however was at least a year old. So I am posting my own thread in hopes of receiving a faster response. Link to my reply in the other thread is here.
  5. I have a corsair virtuoso xt which i bought and received legit today, but for some reason whenever it's in wireless mode, there's this weird static/ringing noise that plays in the headset and none of the icue app presets work at all, when i switch to wired mode the static disappears and the presets begin to work, however regardless of whether it is in wired or wireless mode whenever audio plays there is a slight hissing noise/static noise in the background of the audio which makes the audio quality somewhat poor. any idea on how to get rid of this noise?
  6. Just bought a HS55 wireless to replace my busted VOID RGBs. The Voids were awesome but I really like the sound of the new HS55's. Unfortunately, the sidetone (mic monitoring) function doesn't seem to work. I really like hearing myself when gaming or just chatting. The voids were perfect in that aspect but with HS55s I literally have to shove the mic into my mouth in order to hear myself. I'm using ICUE 5.xx and feel I have exhausted every setting in ICUE - I am an advanced computer user and have even gone so far to go into my %appdata% ICUE profile and mess with the settings their with nothing to show for it. Using the windows listening settings are a joke, I have even used voicemeeter to try and monitor my voice but its still delayed and not as useful as sidetone. If anybody has any clue as to a trick or a setting that maybe I'm missing? Should I try using different software? Maybe ICUE4.xx? Any help is appreciated.
  7. I have had these HS70Pro for ages. They look a bit tatty, have had a battery replacement, but are perfectly fine. Have been considdering buying spare cups. This morning I had to unplug the dongle (repeatedly) and plug it in again to get them to work. Later today, no dice, and it's gone and downloaded some updates and now I am thinking the total lack of support I've ever had, means I really need to go to a different vendor. 1. Is it possible to get spare cups? 2. Should I just buy kit from someone who cares about repeat sales instead?
  8. I have discovered a strange behavior in iCUE, resulting as follows: While a mural is active, the wireless color profile of the keyboard cannot be changed or the change is not being applied to the keyboard. The problem can be reproduced by following the steps below: To test this problem, you can simply create a new profile in iCUE and configure a (wireless) color profile for the keyboard while it is not connected via USB. This works as desired. Then connect the keyboard via USB and activate a mural. Now configure iCUE so that the mural is used by the keyboard. Now disconnect the USB cable again. The keyboard should now switch back to previously defined wireless color profile. However, if you now try to change the wireless color profile, it will not be applied to the keyboard as it should be. Only after you have reconnected the keyboard via USB again and then deactivated the mural will the keyboard apply the wireless color profile when you change it. My configuration: - iCUE v5.9.105 - Corsair Sabre RGB Pro Wireless - Corsair K57 RGB Wireless - Corsair Virtuoso SE
  9. Waited a very long time for Corsair to release the Scimitar in wireless form, just picked one up and realized the DPI light above the DPI toggle button only stays on for a few seconds after clicking the button. One of the best features of the wired Scimitar was the LED by the numkeys on the left that was always on and changed color depending on DPI profile. I could glance at the mouse and see what DPI profile it was on. That isn't possible with the wireless version as far as I can tell. Is there a way to force it to be on all the time? If not, is this a expected future feature or something that could be added?
  10. Hello, So since I'm on a dead end with both Corsair Support and my local webshop saying that my the Corsair HS80 RGB Wireless unit is faulty, I'm going to give the forum a try. I bought Corsair HS80 RGB Wireless earlier this year and is working great until now, but after some checks on the headset after an ICUE update the LED's seem off. What happens now if I do set my HS80 to white (hex value #FFFFFF) the color gets white at first, but after 1-2 seconds the LED's turn more yellow-ish, although all RGB channels are set to 100% with the hex value. Both my webshop and Corsair Support (yes I already raised a support ticket, tell me that this a hardware related issue, but still I'm certain that this is not the case and is more related to a firmware issue. I did with Corsair support the following: I did uninstall ICUE on my desktop completely with the instructions given. I did connect my headset through USB to my laptop and did a clean installation of the latest version of the ICUE software, but this also had no effect. While my headset was connected to the laptop, the same strange behavior is visible (first full white > changes in 1 second to warm white) I confirmed that effects like rainbow colors are showing the colors correctly and do not give the warm-ish white hue Some things I could not figure out yet: - How to factory reset the HS80? The procedure on the help page did not work for me. Now I'm curious are any of you also experiencing the same issue or is this looking to be a real hardware issue? Please see the link below to my Google Drive that is shared to see the issue happening with pictures and video's: HS80 incorrect LED behavior - pictures and video's I hope to hear from you!
  11. I've seen a bunch of suggestions on how to fix this but none have worked, I've paired the two, reinstalled drivers, uninstalled the devices, clean installed iCUE, forced updates to the dongle and headset, checked privacy settings, set the headset as default communications device. I get the sidetone in the headset but Windows does detect any sound, it does detect the microphone though. Just curious if anyone has found another fix, sucks I just bought this and it is giving me issues right out of the box. Questioning why I'm even loyal to Corsair now since they still haven't responded to my warranty claim on my VOID PRO's that drain the battery in an hour and won't fully charge. Thanks
  12. So, I woke up this morning to find out that my KATAR Pro Wireless Mouse wouldn't turn on or pair with my computer (MacBook Pro M1 Max). The DPI LED did not turn on as well even though it is clearly switched on: In the iCUE app it mentions the mouse as being turned off, I have tried resetting it with the following steps: Turn off the mouse Hold LMB + RMB Turn on the mouse Release LMB + RMB after 5 sec But it all doesn't work and the mouse doesn't turn on, and I have checked the batteries and they are around 80%. The mouse is only 2 weeks old, how can I fix this?
  13. I got my new HS80 RGB Wireless headphone today and behind all of the audio, there is a slight buzzing sound. It it nothing much and it drowned out by most sounds, it is just very annoying. I hear it behind all of my friends in discord and behind YouTube videos when it is silent. It also comes behind all windows notifications. If there is any fix to this, or if anyone else is having the same problem, please let me know. :) Thanks!
  14. I have the headphones a couple of months ago and at the beginning I had no problem connecting them via bluetooth, but from one day to the next they no longer connected to any device via bluetooth, I tried updating the drivers in the iCUE even forcing the update, but no it worked. I also tried "Factory Reset" by unplugging and plugging the dongle from the computer, but that didn't work either. I have tried with different cell phones but none manages to find the bluetooth headphones. And in the bluetooth led of the headphones when I turn it on it shines purple for a second and then it stays blinking red, it never shows the blue light that it should show to pair it by bluetooth. Please help. :c
  15. Hey guys, This is my third wireless Ironclaw mouse. I know, I'm an idiot for buying/having the same product replaced again and again when I know damn well Corsair will never actually fix the issue. My question is, other than 3D printing the wheel, is there another way to fix the issue? The wheel itself is broken. I can rotate it freely, but it doesn't actually scroll nor does it make that clicky noise when it actually works. I can't seem to find any spare parts online (at least not in Europe). I have tools like an iFixit kit and can go buy whatever is necessary but so far, I can't seem to figure out what that is. I can't currently afford yet another mouse and I can't return the one I have. Normally I keep every single box of technology together with warranties and a receipt but after cleaning out my apartment, I can't find it anywhere. I don't even know where I ordered it from or when. The first ever mouse I bought was at the end of 2020 but I know for a fact this is my third one and I can't find any information, therefore, I can't expect to have a valid warranty. I don't really want to buy a different model as that one is comfortable and I don't wanna go for a different brand as all my peripherals are Corsair. Maybe I should stop being loyal to a brand that clearly knows about an existing problem yet refuses to actually fix it once and for all. But oh well, I guess I ain't that smart.
  16. The usb dongle for my Wireless Viruoso headphones doesnt seem to initialize properly when i switch from one computer to another. Tesmart dual monitor KVM, model HKS0402A1U USB hub plugged into Console "USB 2.0" port. [Port #10 as labelled in the user manual on page 08, https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0271/3429/6200/files/HKS0402A1U_Manual.pdf?v=1676943092 -- K95 keyboard plugged into hub -- Logitech G502 wired mouse plugged into hub -- Virtuoso Wireless dongle plgged into Hub. Never works when i switch from computer to computer. I have to unplug and replug the usb dongle. The keyboard and mouse switch just fine. iCue even picks up the keyboard and restarts the color profile.
Was meint ihr?
  18. I'm in desparate search for a new Void Pro Wireless USB Dongle. Mine is nearly broken and I'd need a new one soon. Can anyone help? Thanx, Michael
  19. Hey everyone, I recently switched to Corsair peripherals, but I have been having some issues with the wireless ones. Upon restart, I have to have my M65 RGB Ultra Wireless plugged in to be used despite the Slipstream USB being plugged in, and the mouse being set to the Wi-Fi mode. Whenever I re-pair my Slipstream USB to have both my K57 and M65 connected to one receiver, it works. I also have noticed that when it is plugged in, iCUE treats it as two separate M65s being in use, which I believe may be why the slipstream receiver is getting mixed up. It's odd however that the Slipstream receiver is acknowledging that it's connected to both the keyboard and mouse. I have also tried the soft reset per Corsair's support manual, and it didn't fix the issue. Edit: The receiver is in the back of my PC, and it is only ~0.3m away from the mouse and keyboard. Please see the attached screenshots, with it being plugged in, and then without. Thank you in advance for any help.
  20. Hey everyone, I have the problem that if I leave my USB dongle of my HS80 headphones plugged in while it boots up, my PC freezes in the screen where I can press F2 to get into the UEFI. Sometimes it boots windows after 2-3 minutes, but the OS also takes 2-3 minutes to start again instead of 6 seconds. If I remove the stick while booting, then it starts quickly from this point. (I saw this issue in other threats about Keyboard/Mice dongles an tried to troubleshoot like them, unfortunately nobody came to a solution that worked for me.. 😔) In addition, I can only use the headphones in iCUE in stereo. Unfortunately, the button on which I could switch to 7.1 cannot be pressed. (Its grayish) Troubleshooting so far: - iCUE is running on the newest version. - Drivers are running the newest version. - iCUE and Drivers clean install/reinstall - BIOS/UEFI is running on the newest version. - I tried many USB BIOS Settings nothing worked. - The Corsair Support wont answer me for two weeks now. My Hardware: - MB: Asus Maximus VII Ranger (Z97 Chip) - GC: Gainward Ghost RTX 3060 - RAM: 16GB HP - Processor: Intel i7-4790k - Corsair H100i Elite Capellix (AIO) - Corsair ST100 (Headset Stand) - Corsair HS80 RGB Wireless (Headset) - Corsair M65 RGB Elite (Mouse) I hope someone can help me, I'm desperate and have no more ideas what it could be.. Thanks in advance! Greetings Critical
  21. Hi All, I have a wireless void prod headset and love it! However, I have recently changed jobs, and the new company will not allow the installation of Corsair iCue software due to security concerns. The headset still works with the basic Windows drivers, but there is no way to turn on sidetone (so I can hear myself while talking) without the iCue software, at least not that I can find. I found a link that showed how to turn on sidetone from the device config in Windows, but that produced a horrible delay of like a full second that made the feature unusable. I also found some links and you tube videos that show going into the configs and removing the "mute" audio from the Mic, but that is not a setting I have on this laptop. I would think such an option would be dependent on some sort of special sound card or configuration. Having said the above, anyone have ideas on how to enable the sidetone, without a delay, that does not use the iCue software? Thanks! FatTony
  22. Hi y'all. I can't seem to figure out what is going on with my virtuoso headset. I've listed below what the problem is and everything I've tried to fix it. Thanks in advance for the help! I should also add this is a new issue. It was fine for many months and has only been occurring in the last month or so. Problem: When its connected wirelessly and I am on discord, zoom or any voice chat, the audio becomes garbled then will cut out all together. The time it takes for this to happens varies but is always within a minute. Resetting the headset fixes it for a couple seconds but it fails again. When the headset is connected via USB this issue doesn't happen. The other weird thing is that if I'm not connect to a voice chat, the issue doesn't occur. For example if I'm watching youtube or playing a game, the wireless sound is always fine. Trouble shooting I've tried: Initially I thought it was the 2.4 GHz wifi that was interfering but I turned that off on my router all together and it still happened. In addition I used a wifi analyzer on my phone and there's no other wifi signals on 2.4 GHz around my computer. I have also done a fresh install of iCue software and the Realtek audio drivers to no avail. I've heard that there have been some issues with the recent iCue software and windows, but the fact that in USB mode the issue doesn't happen makes me think that's not the issue. Once again, any and all suggestions are welcomed!
  23. I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but I figured it was worth a shot to see if anyone has found any fixes for this issue. I live right in the middle of the flight path for airliners when they are preparing to land. It seems that every time they are getting ready to approach, which is almost every five to ten minutes it seems, my headphones just disconnect when in wireless mode, and reconnect a second later. When hard wired in, they work great. Seamless audio, no issues. Well apart for being a little small for my ears, but I can't fault them for my dumbo ears.
VG Dennis
