Merrido
Have just purchased the Polaris Mousemat and Void RGB Wireless Headset to go along with my Scimitar and K95 RGB's to complete my Corsair master build :) I have also update CUE to 2.466 As soon as I connect my Void Headset, CUE tells me there is a Firmware update for Void. So I select "Update Firmware" Starts to download, then CUE Crashes to Desktop, no error message, just "CUE has stopped working and needs to close" So I reinstall CUE, reset all my RGB Profiles, reconnect devices CUE is still telling me to update firmware, but is also telling me there was an error checking updates Is there somewhere I can manually download the latest VOID RGB Firmware
Toasted
Most likely related to CUE 2.X Wifi bug. Install 1.16.XX and try the firmware update.
islanq
Can you please check your Event Viewer under applications information? It seems the Qt5Gui.dll is the culprit for me. I would like to see if it's the same for everyone as well. PS: I had no previous version of the software installed to cause any conflicts.
Corsair Employee Corsair James Posted September 29, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 29, 2016 Firmware update can fail if you're using Microsoft default drivers for Asmedia USB 3.0 ports. Install the actual Asmedia drivers for the 3.0 (ASUS' support page) or connect the devices to the top two USB 2.0 ports (native) and you shouldn't have any problems.
