ir0nfist Posted December 23, 2013 Share Posted December 23, 2013 How's it going. Purchased an M95 about 2 months ago and the scroll wheel seems to be failing. When scrolling down every few turns it will scroll maybe 5 or so clicks instead of 1. Seems to be getting progressively worse on how often it occurs. How can I take care of this? Thanks for your time. *edit* Upon looking at the RMA process, a lot code is requested. I have no idea which of these numbers on the tag are a lot code. The help article on the RMA process should be more specific as to which of these numbers are a lot code. So I suppose my question should be, which number on the label is the lot code on the m95?
