carvy Posted May 21, 2020 Share Posted May 21, 2020 I created a RMA-Support ticket (#2001196574) last weekend and, until now, I didn't got any kind of contact back from Corsair. My NVMe SSD (MP600 2TB) is dead and I need a replacement as soon as possible. I even asked for Advanced Replacement in my ticket. I also uploaded my proof of purchase (my purchase receipt) and pictures of the box and the sticker (with the serial number). I can login to my Corsair account and see my ticket and all my comments and pictures attached, but it looks like nobody is paying attention to it. I'm very disappointed with Corsair support!
