FedEx states "Clearance instructions from the importer are required. Recommended action: Importer must provide instructions. Attention graphic Reason for delay: Part number not provided in customer's database. Recommended action: Shipper/Consignee to provide part number. BryanEdwardHill Posted May 4, 2020 Share Posted May 4, 2020 I'm going through the same thing with my Corsair PC. For what it's worth to you, I contacted support and they got my ticket.
