jeboots Posted September 12, 2020 Share Posted September 12, 2020 Hello, I was using my headset last night. After my session the battery was getting low so I plugged them in. After 6-7 hours charging it said %86 charged, thought that weird. I checked for updates using the ICue. The headset started a update 0.15, now it wont turn on at all. NO lights, no charging...NOTHING. I contacted support and they said. Sorry out of warranty, have nice day. No help at all. I checked Google and forums and could find a solution.
