Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 19, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 19, 2013 Might be some air pockets trapped inside the unit. I would try laying down the case on its side and see if the noise goes away, if it does then keep it in that position for about an hr and stand it back up and see if the noise goes away. Also, try to gently tapping the pump and see if the noise goes away. It is not uncommon to have some noise if this is a new unit, let it break in for a couple of days and see if the noise goes away. Thanks
JT h100i
did it work?
JT h100i
Absolutely did. The fans are practically the same and I got to keep the old fans which work well as long as they are not plugged into the cooling system. The computers built in fan controller runs them good. i was referring to moving the rad on its side getting air bubbles out...nothing about fans
