dr_st Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 Hi. I have a Voyager Mini 16GB drive, still under warranty. The drive itself works fine, however the slider mechanism, which allows the USB connector to slide in and out, no longer holds the connector in place when its extended. As a result, the connector has to be firmly held when being plugged in, otherwise it just retracts back into the case. This make connecting to certain USB ports quite difficult.
