GenPipapo
Hi, I received my Dark Core Pro SE a week ago and I love it. I don't use the Qi charging (yet), but charge it via USB. Now, after charging it during the day, I unplugged the USB, turned the mouse on, started the PC, and it does not connect. It just flashes white. Only by connecting it to USB it works. In iCue (which is up to date), there are two Dark Core Pro SE shown with weird (1) (1) (1)... behind the name. I tried holding left and right mouse button, turning the mouse on and holding the buttons for 10 seconds. Nothing happened. I tried restarting the PC as well. Connecting via Bluetooth didn't work since I had no mouse to establish the connection in Windows 10. Is there a quick way I can make my wireless mouse wireless again? Thanks! Apophis3
1) You can rename the device name. That happens when it disconnects and reconnects. 2) Try running the dongle pairing in Settings tab.
GenPipapo
Your second tip worked, thanks so much! I haven't found where to rename the mouse though.
